- Demonstrate and uphold a commitment to safety at all times;
- Provide accurate information and paperwork to relevant departments as requested;
- Accurate and timely data entry;
- System completions and general system accuracy required;
- Scan completed dockets to Redmap;
- Process and code subcontractor payments;
- Send, monitor and action SMS confirmations;
- Print relevant reference paperwork when required;
- Receive emails and calls from customers and sales for install, rescheduling, enquiries; and
- General administration as required.
- Previous experience in Administration - essential;
- Knowledge of Bradnam's products and previous experience in the use of Precision System - desirable
