    Our opportunity

    As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the tactical implementation and deliverables of marketing plans on a day to day basis. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assist and support S&M strategies, programs, objectives, policies and initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation, maintenance and monitoring of all marketing campaigns including digital, print and out of home
  • Assist with marketing briefs and presentations.
  • Assist with database marketing, communication, segmentation and analysis.
  • Edit and prepare imagery for use online.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and agendas.
  • Assist with budgets, project reporting, expense claims and invoicing.
  • Conduct competitor and customer research, data analysis, reporting, presentations and workshops.
  • Assist in enhancing the customer experience via Infinity.
  • Assist and attend project launches and events.
  • Your point of difference

    You will be professionally qualified in a marketing related discipline with previous experience in a marketing or sales role. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Creative suite skills (Indesign and Photoshop), CRM, CMS, edm systems, social media platforms and Google analytics.

    You will be an excellent communicator and you will be effective working in a fast paced and dynamic business environment.
