This is an opportunity to work alongside one of the BEST brands on the Northern Beaches. Working in a cohesive team with some of the best names in the industry – this office is the talk of the town. Currently seeking a part time Property Manager to slot into a forward thinking team, this role will see you work alongside a supportive director and team.

The Role:

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday
• Manage a portfolio of roughly 25 properties
• Effectively liaise with landlords and tenants
• Rental arrears management
• Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
• Working towards KPI's
• NO accounts, NO leasing and NO weekends

The Candidate:

• Previous Property Management experience
• A current Certificate of Registration
• Own car and Drivers license
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Great presentational skills
• Be a motivated self-starter
• Work well in a team environment
