    Description

    In the role of Digital Content Producer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Manage daily updates on all Council websites using a CMS.
  • Develop, create, and deploy webpages and related assets across the digital ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and publish content.
  • Edit and proofread various content types for websites, ensuring adherence to style, tone, and quality standards, as well as Council's visual identity.
  • Produce search-optimized content that meets accessibility and writing style guidelines, along with web best practices.
  • Assist the Digital Products team in administering and maintaining digital products.
  • Work with the Customer Experience team to ensure excellent user and customer experience across digital services.
  • This role is full time permanent offering an annual salary range of $, to $, plus % Super and a monthly ADO.

    It is a hybrid role , allowing you to work both in the office and from home. The strategy involves dedicating three days to office work and allocating two days for remote work from home. Our office, located at Glenferrie Road in Malvern, offers a modern and sustainable workspace surrounded by boutique stores, cafes, and health clubs. Easy access to Malvern Gardens, High Street Armadale, and Glenferrie Road, as well as nearby train stations and tram stops, ensures convenience for commuting.

  • Experience analyzing website performance through platforms like Google Analytics to drive improvements in user experience.
  • A solid understanding of web development and principles of user experience.
