    The opportunity:

    We are looking for a mining / production manager to join our clients business on a permanent basis. Our client operates a mid size open pit coal operation in QLD. The mine has a stable workforce and a long mine life.

    Experience we are looking for:

    • Previous experience managing production workforce at a manager level or extensive experience as a superintendent at a operating coal mine
    • Contractor or Owners team background is ok
    • Relevant supervisor tickets
    • Ability to step up to next level when required
    • A leader who works with people and is able to influence
