- Preparation and delivery of coal quality reports to customers
- Maintain mining and quality databases
- Assistance with weekly coaling schedule
- Preparation of documentation for customer meetings
- Liaising with customers
- Tracking production coal and waste data
- Planning/scheduling support with exploration programs
- Create and manage purchase requisitions for coal quality sampling, water management, geotechnical support and other activities as required
- Experienced in the provision of administrative support
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with advanced keyboard skills
- Ability to schedule and prioritise work to meet established deadlines with no supervision, whilst maintaining a consistent level of professionalism with an eye for detail
- Experienced at prioritising tasks, following through to completion and showing flexibility when needed to accommodate task deadlines
- An interest in earth sciences/geology would be advantageous
- Sound understanding of risk awareness, hazard identification and a strong commitment to safety performance
- Current drivers' licence.
