    The Opportunity

    Change Partner

    ElectraNet is seeking a driven Change Partner to guide successful project delivery across our organisation. In this role, you'll be the champion of change, leading the development and execution of effective strategies to ensure technology initiatives are adopted smoothly and deliver lasting benefits. You'll partner with project teams and stakeholders at all levels, fostering a collaborative environment that embraces change.

    Change Portfolio Lead

    As the Change Portfolio Lead in addition to the above, you'll also be responsible for providing expert guidance and oversight, ensuring seamless integration of change management strategies and resource planning across all technology projects. You'll partner with Technology leadership, project managers, and stakeholders at all levels to drive successful adoption of new technologies and processes.

    About You

    The successful Change Partner applicant will be:


    • A seasoned Change Management professional with a proven track record of success in complex technical environments.

    • A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of current change management best practices and methodologies.

    • A skilled communicator who can translate technical concepts into clear, concise language for diverse audiences.

    • A collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels.

    • An adaptable and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to work autonomously.

    • Tertiary qualified professional in either Business, Change Management, Human Resources, Communications, or equivalent (desirable).

    In addition to this the Change Portfolio Lead will be:


    • An experienced change technical leader with the ability to influence, motivate, and build strong relationships across diverse teams.

    • A highly organised individual with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • A skilled communicator with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

    • Highly experienced in providing strategic change planning, analysis, resourcing and reporting.
