What will the role entail:

• Meet with clients to work through their financial needs and objectives and propose suitable mortgage solutions.
• Engage with lenders and ensure strong outcomes
• Work through the end to end loan process, from data collection through to analysis and options presentation, and again through the approval and settlement process
• Hold strong relationships with key stakeholders including BDMs
• Communicate with lenders on behalf of clients to secure the most favorable mortgage terms and rates.
• Adhere to strong post settlement processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including consumer protection laws.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience in residential Mortgage Broking
• Hold Cert IV in finance and Mortgage Broking
• Have a strong understanding of Mortgage Broking tools and platforms
• Love to work in a team environment
• Manage time and their day effectively
• Capacity to write $4 - $5 million per month
• Hold a desire to help grow the business as part of a team.
