Due to the unprecedented number of inbound leads and our growth plans, we require a few key staff members to maintain the volume and speed of loan applications which we are known for.

This role could be the starting point or kickstart to your Mortgage Broking career after a few years in Administration or Loan Writing.

Or, if you're an experienced Broker, it could be that you're tired of corporate, personality-less finance brands the junk leads and want the highest quality warm contacts to generate endless $$$'s.

Depending on your experience, your primary tasks will include:

• Assessment of Lender Policy to match the situation of the borrower
• Accurate completion of servicing and income calculators
• Proposal of products that will help the borrower meet their requirements and objectives
• Completion and checking of compliance documents
• Ensuring applications are complete, accurate, clean and compliant prior to lodging the deal
• Managing the application process efficiently and promptly
• Organising and overseeing the loan document signing process with the client
• Managing the settlement process in conjunction with our Team

The successful candidate will require their Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, will be reliable, committed to excellence, upskilling, efficiency, and do whatever it takes to deliver on our promises.

This is a challenging and exciting role that would suit someone who wants to work in a relaxed but professional, hard-working, non-corporate environment in a terrific part of town.
