This role offers the chance to play a crucial part in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency within the team.

• Based Brisbane CBD with 2 days WFH

About the job:

• Monitor the Finance mailbox for incoming invoices and related documents, ensuring they are complete and compliant with policies
• Scrutinise invoices to verify their accuracy and validity, including reviewing vendor and client master records
• Efficiently process invoices, verifying accuracy, ensuring timely payments and accurate allocation to project/cost centre/purchase order
• Accurately input financial data into SAP and regularly update and reconcile financial records to ensure data integrity
• Ensure prompt and accurate disbursement of funds to vendors and partners while monitoring payment schedules and reconciling financial accounts
• Assist in financial audits by providing necessary documentation and data, ensuring compliance with departmental policy and procedures
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding payment or invoicing inquiries, addressing any financial concerns or discrepancies
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes for greater efficiency, implementing improvements to enhance accuracy and productivity
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Salary: AUD52 - AUD54 per hour + exclusive benefits program

Salary: AUD130,000 - AUD150,000 per annum + Attractive Salary Package
