    About Our Client

    Our company is a mid-tier head contractor delivering commercial new build and complex refurbishment projects up to $20m in value.

    We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality end products on technically demanding projects, challenging and testing our project managers along the way.

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Brisbane.

    • Lead delivery teams made up of 2-4 personnel, including CAs and SMs.
    • Manage financial aspects of projects, providing monthly cost reports to our board of directors.
    • Mentor more junior team members to help them grow professionally.

    The Successful Applicant

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A proven track record of delivering projects up to $20m in value.
    • Prior experience in the industrial sector is advantageous, but not essential.
    • Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills are a must.

    What's on Offer

    This is a long-term position on the south side of Brisbane, with a competitive salary expected to be around $170,000 per annum.
