- Prior experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce implementation and customization.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and configurations.
- Ability to gather and document business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience in conducting system analysis and designing efficient processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst) is preferred, but not required.
