    Are you looking for a new and exciting role that will challenge, motivate, and grow your career?

    An experienced Sous Chef is required for one of Perth's premium fine dining restaurants where seafood and local fresh ingredients are perfectly paired with fine wines from local WA vineyards.

    You:

    • Proven Australian experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
    • Understanding of kitchen management dynamics, including roster management, training and apprentice programs, and cost of goods.
    • Adaptable, organised, and professional with an eye for detail
    • Lead by example during service, maintaining impeccable standards and a positive, can-do attitude.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
