    About the role

    12 month Fixed Term Contract

    Melbourne location - 50% hybrid in office and WFH

    As a Process Engineer, you will join a team of specialised experts working together to create the best, fastest and simplest experiences through automation. Your expertise in digital lean, process re-engineering, process intelligence and problem solving will be an integral component of enabling tactical and strategic automation programs to design and deliver great customer experiences through efficient and effective operations.

    What could your day look like?

    • Work alongside product owners, business owners and automation engineers to rapidly discover, visualise and size opportunities across processes
    • Measure and analyse process performance and mine opportunities to solve the right problems
    • Bring your creativity and innovative thinking to challenge, design and deliver processes that create value for customers and our people
    • Mentor, coach and share best practices with the Process Centre of Excellence
    • Support and implement standard methods, approaches and governance to enable operational excellence.
    What's in your toolkit?
    • An experienced Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with a delivery history is essential
    • An experienced process engineer with a hands on track record of process modelling, re-engineering, mining and automation
    • Proven ability to accelerate time to insight and convert into tangible opportunities for process improvement
    • Relentlessly focussed on delivering tangible benefits and Return on Investment
    • Passion for building high value customer experiences, removing waste and championing automation
    • Strong business acumen, facilitation skills and stakeholder management with the ability to engage at all levels
    • Knowledge and/or experience with Signavio highly regarded.
