I am seeking a Head of Sales Manager for my Melbourne Gallery (located in Collingwood, VIC).

Our bespoke furniture and lighting collections are Australian made using ethical manufacturing processes.

We are looking for a furniture Sales Manager with a passion for design and entrepreneurial spirit to join our growing team.

Our customers seek investment pieces that tell a story, and we wish to amplify our narrative both locally and internationally.

The role:

• Lead our sales team in authentically conveying the Daniel Boddam Studio story to stakeholders
• Recruit and manage passionate storytellers who can educate customers on our design philosophy, product narratives and customisation offerings
• Analyse data insights and develop intelligent growth plans, streamlining the sales process and unlocking new market opportunities
• Manage all sales processes, reporting and correspondence to achieve sales objectives
• Collaborate on marketing aspirational campaigns, spotlighting our commitment to enduring elegance What you will require:
• 7+ years leading a luxury, high-end home furnishings sales teams to exceed goals
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation, sustainable design and revered craftsmanship
• Ability to nurture relationships built on honesty, empathy and trust with clients and collaborators
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong data expertise for intelligent forecasting, territory planning and growth strategies
