Job Description
Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.
Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams. Your lead-by-example approach will be infectious
The ability to coordinate and manage the day-to-day F&B operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience – every guest, every interaction, every day
Be a calming influence amid a highly pressured, fast-paced environment, with the ability to sustain and drive positive morale creating a culture that people want to be a part of
Have a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests, and have the necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
You must have a service focus personality and a passion for everything food & beverage
You will possess the personality and charisma to be our "Host with the most" while on duty.
Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is a must
Bar, Restaurant, Conference, events leadership experience is highly desired (Premium / Luxury environment preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
Proven record of managing engaged and high performing teams.
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
Demonstrated high-quality service standard
Successful candidate will need to provide an Australian National Police Check clearance
Must hold full time working rights in Australia
