    About the role

    This position assists the People Connections team by undertaking administration tasks, uploading, and cleansing data and documentation to the relevant systems, and assisting with general team support as required.

    • Administer and maintain HR related documentation/data to ensure integrity within the system
    • Cleanse system data as required
    • Undertake data entry and run reports as required through HR system
    • Administration support as required
    • Assist with ad-hoc HR tasks as requested by the People Connections Manager

    About You

    • Experienced in the use of human resource management information systems.
    • Completed or working towards completing a Certificate or Diploma of Human Resource Management or in a related discipline
    • Skilled in Microsoft packages including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Exceptionally well organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately to meet deadlines
    • Good verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills and able to interact appropriately, confidentiality and professionally
