- Proven experience working with all types of fixed plant equipment – Stackers, Reclaimers, Crushers, Ship loaders, Conveyors, car dumpers ect.
- Proven Experience with crusher maintenance – Minimum 2 years
- Proven Experience in a leadership role – Minimum 1 year
- Strong communication skills, reliable & excellent troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

MINPROVISE are currently recruiting for leading hands to join our team. We are looking for demonstrated experience in leading a team and providing support where necessary.
Take the step up from changing out conveyor rollers, or repairing worn chutes, and get ready to work on maintaining crushers, apron feeders, vibrating screens, belt filters, pumps, valves, rotating equipment, & mineral sizers
