    The Opportunity

    An exceptional opportunity awaits for a dynamic APS6 or existing EL1 Aurion Administrator to join our client on a 12-month non-ongoing basis. Joining a team of 8 dedicated professionals, you will be at the forefront of incorporating Aurion modules for onboarding and recruitment processes. While our client's payroll function is outsourced, you will drive the development, configuration, and testing of these modules. This role offers a stimulating environment with a supportive team culture, encouraging collaboration and innovation.

    The Role

    The EL1 Aurion Administrator will but responsible for:

    • Successfully managing and implementing Aurion modules (Recruitment, Onboarding), engaging stakeholders, configuring requirements, conducting system testing and providing user training
    • Ensuring seamless integration between Onboarding, Recruitment, and Payroll functions within the Aurion system
    • Overseeing ongoing system administration of the Aurion HRMIS in a Managed Payroll Services contract arrangement
    • Testing and implementing changes, upgrades, enhancements, and new modules
    • Delivering on diverse reporting requirements, including legislative and regulatory obligations
    • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems, information, and projects

    The Ideal Person

    The ideal person for this role will have:

    • In-depth knowledge of Aurion system functionalities, particularly in onboarding, recruitment, and payroll modules
    • Strong project management skills to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Aurion module implementation
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to adapt to evolving user requirements
    • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation
    • Proven experience in managing work projects to achieve successful outcomes
    • Positive and adaptable approach to work, fostering a balanced work environment

    Salary

    $105,000 – $125,000 per year + 15.4% Super
