About the role
The Clinical Manager is responsible for providing leadership, education and development to ensure the highest quality of clinical services to our residents. The role will provide clinical oversight within residential aged care as well as develop and deliver clinical continuous improvement projects that drive contemporary/best practice Being the overall clinical leader for residential care, this role will also provide day to day clinical oversight and provide support, coaching, performance management and leadership for clinical staff. In addition, this senior role will provide leave coverage for Nurse Unit Managers, Facility Managers and deputise for the Director Aged Care, if/when required. This role will also be responsible for monitoring, managing and coordinating responses and/or reports to regulatory bodies as required (e.g. Department of Health and Aged Care; Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission; National Disability Insurance Scheme).
