    Our opportunity

    Reporting to the Manager, Assurance and Risk Advisory, the primary responsibility of this role is to assist the Manager in driving the assessment of gambling risks and controls, to determine appropriate regulatory processes.

    Key accountabilities

    Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of various operational aspects of the gambling industry to ensure the suitability of the regulatory approach to mitigate the detected risks.

    Assess industry and legislative change to identify new regulatory gaps that require assessment and development of core mitigation strategies;
    Manage cross-divisional implementation of proposed process and/or methodology determined as a result of the risk assessment.
    Who we are looking for
    To be successful in this position you will have:
    Relevant qualification and demonstrated experience working in accounting and auditing area;
    Full membership of CPA Australia, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand or the Institute of Public Accountants.
