    Category and Network Strategy Manager - Freight and Logistics

    We are seeking a Category and Network Strategy Manager to join our team at gfg-alliance. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing category and network strategies across freight and logistics operations.

    About the Role

    The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement category and network strategies to drive cost savings and operational efficiency
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
    • Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions and measure key performance indicators

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics or logistics
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a category management or supply chain role
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
