    Who we're looking for:

    This is an exciting time to join Multiplex working on some of the most iconic construction projects in Adelaide, South Australia Due to increased work levels, we are seeking a Services Manager on a full-time permanent basis.

    Based on-site, the Services Manager is an integral part of the project delivery team with exposure to all services disciplines and involvement in all aspects of design, install, testing, commissioning, and handover as well as project fundamentals such as safety, commercial, and subcontractor management.

    Providing support, mentoring and guidance to the services team and managing regular interactions with client, suppliers, consultants, subcontractors, regulatory bodies, councils, and industry bodies. The Services Manager ensures that all contractual and scope expectations are met in full in a timely manner.

    As an experienced Services Manager on (Tier 1) large scale commercial projects, you will also have:

    • Tertiary qualifications in HVAC Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building OR equivalent trade qualifications.
    • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in the installation of building services across mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and fire.
    • Analytical mindset, problem solving skills and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
    • Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and OH&S legislation.
