- Lead customer engagement for Cadence signoff product (timing, eco & iR)
- Manage and coordinate a team, working with R&D and product engineering
- Address and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Develop regression and benchmark systems and oversee deployment checks
- 15+ years of experience in timing signoff, eco, and iR
- Expertise in static timing analysis
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard timing and emir tools
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of industry-standard characterization tools is desirable
- Familiarity with advanced process node extraction methodologies and metal/pg fill methodologies is a plus
- Exposure to 2.5/3D IC design flow is advantageous
