    Job Title: Senior Consultant

    PwC's Transformation Assurance team is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our fast-growing team and provide independent assurance and advice on major transformation projects.

    Your Impact

    • Act as a trusted advisor to project sponsors, program directors, and executives in relation to programs of work and transformation activity.
    • Help our clients gain confidence that key projects and programs are aligned to their strategic outcomes, are on track, and will deliver the required quality of output.
    • Identify key risks to success of projects/programs and recommend solutions to clients.
    • Review and analyze critical project/program artefacts against better practice methodologies.
    • Collaborate and build relationships in our internal teams as part of our enterprise assurance approach.
    • Coach and mentor junior colleagues.

    About You

    You have 2-5 years of experience in project/program management, coordination, or business analysis and are skilled in proactively identifying project risks. You hold an understanding of project management methodologies (preferably with Agile, PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, BABOK, or a similar certification) and feel comfortable being part of Program and Portfolio reviews.

    Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you're ready to be part of our Transformation Assurance team helping organizations de-risk leading transformation projects.
