    ​​Are you a progressive and dynamic B2B Marketing Manager looking to lead a team within a reputable and global ASX listed blue chip organisation? This could be the opportunity for you

    About the Job

    As a critical member of the Strategy and Transformation team, your role will be to partner with various stakeholders to develop our marketing strategy and implement a range of marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand, visibility and customer base. Based at our Macquarie Park office, this role reports directly to the Director, Strategy and Transformation. We offer flexible/hybrid working.

    The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our marketing strategy aligns with our business strategy
  • Strategic relationship management with a diverse range of stakeholders to help our business achieve our goals
  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives that go beyond traditional marketing and elevate our existing brand and marketing activities
  • Build a strong team culture that enables success and growth
  • Use data and analytics to gain insights, identify opportunities and deliver measurable customer value

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Strong B2B marketing experience with the ability to link marketing strategy to business strategy
  • The ability to build strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in challenging and influencing senior leaders
  • Strong capability to lead a team to go the extra mile to get the job done
  • Expertise in the development of digital marketing strategies
  • Experience in functional budget management
  • A curious mindset with good strategic thinking capability
