    About the role:

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our accounts team in Padstow and progress their career. You will be a friendly, positive and hardworking accounts professional who enjoys working on your own initiative and as part of a small team.

    Your main responsibilities will be end to end accounts receivable monitoring and management. Keen to acquire payroll skills. The role will be supported by the Chief Finance Officer.
    As a member of the accounts team with Advantaged Care, you will also be making an invaluable contribution to the aged care industry and the lives of our residents.

    The successful candidate will hold:

    • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related discipline
    • 2 + years' experience in accounts receivable position.
    • Aged Care experience would be a distinct advantage.
    • Self-starter with good organisational and time management skills.
    • Strong Team player with an ability to be flexible to work across functions.
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Hold the values of Empathy, Honesty, Respect and Loyalty.
