Primary Objective:
The Visitor Reception Unit Team Leader has a primary responsibility for the professional, efficient, consistent and reliable customer service to all visitors entering the Darwin Correctional Centre, whilst also providing training and support to the Visitor Reception Unit Team and is a point of contact for complaints, queries and feedback from clients.
