    About the Role:


    This role will lead the ANZ people agenda, partnering to develop a culture of high-performance, delivery of our 5-year plan and the sustainable, profitable growth of our business.

    To be successful in the role you will be proactive, solution-focused and deliver best practice, commercially astute people solutions. As a key member of ANZ Leadership team, the successful candidate will establish themselves as a trusted advisor & strategic partner and will role model collaboration and effective stakeholder management.

    The HR Director ANZ will join our APMEA HR leadership team, and our global senior HR community in Kerry.

    The role is Sydney based and will require travel within ANZ to our manufacturing sites based in Brisbane, Adelaide & Auckland.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the ANZ People Plan in line with our regional priorities, to support business growth
    • Support and enable an aligned, engaged, cohesive and high performing ANZ Leadership team
    • Partner with the ANZ leadership team to ensure we have the required capabilities, behaviours and ways of working to deliver our growth plan
    • Identify current & future critical roles and talent requirements, ensure there are pipeline succession plans in place to sustain the future business
    • Drive and support the development of key talent, including through robust onboarding and integration, career management
    • Drive and support key organisational change and communications initiatives for the ANZ business
    • Ensure our Integrated Operations agenda is supported – structure, resource allocation, learning & development agenda, employee relations
    • Partner to build our commercial capability in ANZ, working with our leaders and regional/global stakeholders to progress our learning agenda
    • Equip ANZ leaders to optimise our employee experience, proactively leveraging Kerry programmes and resources to build our people leader capability
    • Champion and activate our Diversity & Inclusion plans to build a more inclusive workplace and culture, anchored in our Kerry values
    • Lead and engage a capable HR team that delivers valued business partner support to the ANZ leaders and teams
    • Collaborate and partner with our regional HR Centres of Excellence (COE) on Reward, Talent & Succession, Talent Acquisition programmes and processes
    • Partner regionally to review and implement future payroll fit for purpose model and deployment in ANZ
    • Build and leverage internal and external networks, access external environment & industry trends and best practices to support delivery of our people plans

    Desired Background and Qualifications:

    • Degree Qualified (HR, Business) with a track record of professional development
    • Minimum 10 years' solid HR Business Partnering experience
    • Well-developed understanding of the Australia / New Zealand legislative context and markets, including industrial relations & employment law
    • Experience working in manufacturing organization (any industry) required to be successful in the role
    • Previous matrix management experience, ideally within global organization, and experience leveraging shared business desirable
