As part of this innovative and progressive phase in our growth journey, we are in search of an influential, strategic and creative leader to drive the product delivery roadmap for the Portable Long Service Leave Scheme, concentrating on achieving the regulatory strategy and delivering efficient and enjoyable Employer and Worker interactions to efficiently administer the product.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Business Transformation Director you will apply your experiential design expertise along with your creativity and strategic mind to execute the end-to-end product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

• Engineer the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives, driven by market demands.
• Work cross-functionally to deliver timely product outcomes within budget.
• Apply continuous improvement across product design and UX experience via research, testing and feedback.
• Stay ahead of market trends and utilise customer insights to enhance and devise new product developments.
• Manage end-to-end journey mapping for member experience and service design.

Skills Required:

• Proven track record in strategically focused leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success across development, execution and delivery of digital products and services.
• Clear examples of application of UX principles.
• Cross-functional success across engineering, design and marketing elements in a project.
• Analytical mindset with strategic vision to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Market-driven, trend spotter able to demonstrate stand-out examples of successful product implementations from concept to delivery.
• Advanced collaboration and influencing skills
