    Temporary Full-Time opportunity to join the Accounts Payable Team in Bowen Hills.

    As an Assistant Finance Officer, you will deliver precise and efficient accounts payable processing, contributing to our departmental targets and priorities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient handling of accounts payable processes, all while prioritizing departmental objectives.

    The successful person

    You will have demonstrated:

    • Proficiency in financial management systems and relevant software for accounts payable, including data entry and retrieval.
    • Understanding of legislation, policies, and procedures related to accounts payable, aligned with Department of Health and government directives.
    • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team, meeting deadlines and organizing priorities.
    • Skill in building and maintaining relationships with team members, vendors, and corporate stakeholders.
