    Who You Are

    You're an experienced and results-driven Sr. Project Construction Manager with a proven ability to oversee and execute complex construction projects from inception to completion. With a deep understanding of construction processes, project planning, and resource management, you excel at delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Your technical expertise and leadership skills enable you to manage diverse teams, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

    What You'll Do

    As a Sr. Project Manager, Construction, you will:

    • Oversee a portfolio of construction projects ranging in all stages of concept to design to execution to close-out.
    • Manager a group of Project Construction Managers overseeing all aspects of their individual construction projects.
    • Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resources are available and timelines are feasible.
    • Budgeting and cost management to keep the project within the financial constraints.
    • Contract administration including negotiation and oversight of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
    • Quality control checks to deliver projects that meet all the agreed specifications.
    • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team and resolve conflicts.
    • Ensuring all legal, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly observed.
    • Reporting regularly on the project status to executives and other stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be a US or Australian citizen
    • Must possess a US TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
    • Must have a minimum of five years of experience as a project manager.
    • Project management skills such as time management, project budgeting, resource management and project scheduling.
    • Preferred Qualifications – Bachelor's degree in Project management, Construction Management or related area

    This role will be located in Alice Springs, at a 4,400-acre facility with approximately 687,000 square feet of mission and support space. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
