    Our client is seeking a highly skilled, organised and experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO, playing a vital role in ensuring the CEO's effectiveness and efficiency in their day-to-day operations.

    Key duties include:

    • Manage the CEO's calendar including meetings and professional events.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes, ensuring accurate transcription and timely dissemination.
    • Prepare reports, communications, data, as well as maintain files, records, and meeting correspondence with the highest level of confidentiality.
    • Manage travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries, ensuring that the CEO is well-prepared for all aspects of domestic and international travel.
    • Facilitate inter-departmental communication and nurture relationships with senior leadership, external partners, and stakeholders.
    • Handle confidential information, maintaining the highest levels of discretion and integrity.
    • Provide personal support to the CEO as required.

    About you:

    • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment, preferably in legal and or financial services.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is highly regarded though not essential.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
    • Proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
    • Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality and exercise discretion.
    • Professional demeanour, with the ability to represent the CEO and the organization effectively.
