    Our client is seeking Customer Service candidates to work in the Banking & Finance Sector.

    The ideal candidate will have:-

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Friendly, helpful, and customer-centric approach
    • Strong problem solving abilities
    • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role preferred
    • Flexibility to adapt to a rotating roster between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday

    The role:

    • Handle inbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy
    • Provide accurate information, assistance, and support to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
    • Utilise effective communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience
    • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues promptly and efficiently
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
