- Trade qualification in Diesel Mechanics with experience in heavy vehicles ideal however a Light Vehicle Mechanic who wants to upskill would be suitable
- Robust background in maintenance, service and repair of heavy vehicles and trucks
- Exhibit a sound technical knowledge and experience with American or European trucks – Volvo, Mack Scania, or Kenworth
- Experience in Western Star, MAN Trucks & Bus, Dennis Eagle, mtu, Detroit and Allison Transmission products would be highly advantageous
- Easily work independently, but just as happy working in a team
- Have effective communication and teamwork skills, and actively promote Penske's values and purpose
