Position Grade: Pharmacist Grade 3 Year 1/2
Salary: $127, $130,818.75 base salary per annum

We have an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team leading our approach to the provision of quality care to clients of the Department/Service. Manager to include relevant details about the role and or service.

Selection Criteria:
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia
2. Full Pharmacist registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with no restrictions on scope of practice
3. Experience in the provision of clinical pharmacy services and quality improvement activities
4. Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and a diverse range of health care providers
5. Ability to work independently and show high level initiative and also work as part of a multidisciplinary team and have the skills to build and maintain cooperative relationships
6. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
7. Experience in a hospital pharmacy service, within correctional health and/or drug and alcohol services with a thorough understanding of legislative requirements and best practice in these settings
