    About The Team
    :

    We have an opening for an AU New Business Acquisiton Lead who will be responsible for driving projects and setting processes within their specific acquisition team.

    They will be the advocate for the new business acquisition team and work to uncover growth opportunities for the business and our customers.

    They will work with various stakeholders and teams across the organization both locally and internationally.

    The Team Lead will coach and work with a team of Business Development Representatives to drive growth in the fast-growing head & torso of SMB advertisers while supporting innovative scalable acquisition programs across a diverse set of customers.

    Success in this position requires a focus on identifying new processes and workflows for the business, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, strong sales knowledge and skills and the drive to acquire and grow advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite.


    Responsibilities:
    50% of your time will be focused on the following:
    • Lead a high
    • performing team of new business representatives in AU
    • Foster a collaborative and high energy team environment
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement and scalability of sales processes throughout the entire sales cycle
    • Work and collaborate with diverse groups of internal cross
    • functional teams and leaders in the SMB business

    • date knowledge of TikTok's features and ad units and ensure that the team has up

    • date sales and product knowledge
    • Role model best practice sales skills and hands
    • on involvement in big sales pitches 50% of your time will be focused on the following:
    • Work with customers not yet on the TikTok platform with the aim of leading the full sales cycle; from prospecting to closing a deal, managing the customer in the first few months before fast

    Qualifications:

    • 7+ years extensive experience in new business acquisition/sales roles in digital marketing
    • biddable network experience a plus
    • 3+ years experience managing a team of 3 or more
    • Experience managing scalable new acquisition business / teams
    • Experience in managing and developing the entire sales funnel from prospecting to closing and handover
    • Excellent collaboration skills
    • Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation process
    • Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess team performance
    • Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
    • Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus
    • Experience in performance advertising in a role where you managed significant complexity and scaling challenges.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills for a broad set of internal and external stakeholders
    • High attention to detail and very organized
    • Self-starter,a fast learner who has critical thinking
    • Fluent verbal and written language skills in English required.
