Company: Air Best Fittings

Air Best Fittings is seeking a motivated and reliable Office Administrator/Receptionist team member to join our growing business in Castle Hill. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working both with customers and behind the scenes, handling daily office tasks and supporting sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily office administration, including data entry, invoicing, filing, and customer correspondence.
  • Assist walk-in customers at the sales counter with product inquiries, orders, and quotations.
  • Process sales orders and coordinate with the warehouse team for order fulfilment.
  • Manage incoming phone and email inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Support management with general office and sales tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (verbal and written).
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
  • Driver's licence (preferred).
  • Prior experience in office administration or counter sales (preferred).
  • Familiarity with MYOB or Xero accounting software (preferred).
  • Finance/Accounting related degree or certificate (preferred).
