PIMS Group are now seeking Experienced Underground Longwall & Belt Fitters for a Bowen Basin Underground Mine.
About the Opportunity:

With over 100 personnel currently on site, PIMS Group are now seeking motivated individuals with underground Fitting Experience to contribute to the success of this project. As a long-term opportunity, this a unique chance for seasoned Longwall and/or Belt Fitting professionals to showcase their expertise and contribute to the common goals of this operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain underground equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Execute specialised tasks related to underground operations in accordance with site SHMS.
• Collaborate with a skilled team of professionals to achieve project goals.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of mining processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience with Longwall Equipment and/or Conveyor installation in an Underground Environment.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and in challenging underground environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to every shift.
