    Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works.     We have an opportunity available in our Energy division for a Project Administrator. This position is a full time permanent role based in our Victoria Park Headquarters.

    Project Admin:

    • Work closely with site representatives and recruitment team to offer a seamless on-boarding and mobilisation process to our employees.
    • Organising flights, accommodation, training, and inductions to ensure all candidates are compliant prior to mobilisation.
    • Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
    • Preparing and maintaining accurate information and correspondence
    • Reporting to effectively manage compliance.
    • Monitoring Training Needs Analysis and Compliance audits for Division as required.
    • Assisting with payroll queries and leave requests

    What you will bring

    • Demonstrated experience in a high volume admin environment
    • Resources experience is desirable but not essential as we encourage applicants from all industries
    • Excellent administration skills with a high level of organisation
    • The ability to prioritise workload and produce work of a high standard
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
    • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
