    The Role:
    With a local, manageable portfolio and plenty of support, the Property Management staff don't feel overloaded and are able to provide the exceptional service this agency has become renowned for
    • Capped portfolio of up to 130 properties
    • VA's, Admin support
    • NO routines, NO leasing - A team to support you and conduct routine inspections and leasing
    • No Trust Accounting or entering invoices
    • Local portfolio
    • Liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Trades as needed
    • Process and follow up on maintenance orders
    • Lease renewals
    • Arrears management
    • Send reports to Landlords
    • Upload rental listings online
    • Tenant sign-ups
    • Using state-of-the-art systems, procedures and technology
    The Candidate:
    • Minimum 1-2+ years experience in Property Management
    • Current QLD Certificate of Registration
    • Drivers license
    • The ability to work from home and autonomously without supervision
    • Hard-working and honest work ethic
    • Trustworthy and reliable
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships
