This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our funds. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams effectively while promoting an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives. They will also be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
Fundamentally, this is about overseeing financial reporting including regulatory compliance as well as interacting effectively with investors so building excellent interpersonal relationships is key for success here.
