Reporting to our Group Director, Marketing and our Area General Manager, the Area Director of Marketing will be responsible for delivering the commercial growth, brand awareness and marketing and communications strategies for Crystalbrook Riley, Bailey and Flynn. All of our hotels are sustainably-led, with unique personalities and offer endless opportunities to grow the brands and make your own mark.
You will work together with key team members in the hotel's operating departments to achieve hotel targets and goals as well as working alongside our driven and passionate marketing team to grow the Crystalbrook brand. This is a full-stack marketing role encompassing brand, communications, public relations, digital and social media, advertising, sponsorship and CRM management.
