    What you'll do:
    As a Wireless Telemetry Systems Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's technology services. You will be responsible for proactive monitoring and event management, ensuring the availability of critical technology at all times. Your ability to provide rapid solutions following outages will be key to restoring production system availability. You will engage with various stakeholders during events, incidents, and changes, demonstrating your strong communication skills and collaborative nature. Working within a Network Operations Centre environment, you will contribute significantly to predicting, preventing, and responding to Operational Technology Events.

    Proactively monitor and manage events to maintain critical technology availability
    * Provide rapid break-fix solutions to restore production system availability following outages
    * Ensure safe execution of planned work
    * Engage with site operation stakeholders during events, incidents, and changes
    * Work collaboratively in a Network Operations Centre (NOC) environment
    * Contribute to the prediction, prevention, and response to Operational Technology Events

    What you bring:
    The ideal candidate for the Wireless Telemetry Systems Network Engineer role is self-motivated with experience in Technology, operational or maintenance roles. You will bring strong communication skills and the ability to work with a range of cross-functional stakeholders. Your strong analytical problem-solving skills will be key in this role, as well as your experience in infrastructure/network management in IT or process control in large and remote environments. Familiarity with ServiceNow (or other ITSM systems) and SAP is essential, along with telecom or mining experience with Nokia LTE RAN and Microwave equipment. A proven track record in the delivery of support services is also required.

    Self-motivated with experience in Technology, operational or maintenance roles
    * Strong communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
    * Strong analytical problem-solving skills
    * Infrastructure/network management experience in IT or process control in large and remote environments
    * Previous mining/resources remote site process control experience preferred
    * Familiarity with ServiceNow (or other ITSM systems) and SAP
    * Telecom or mining experience with Nokia LTE RAN and Microwave equipment
    * Proven track record in delivery of support services
    * Knowledge, use and configuration of Asset Health Monitoring Tools
