    How You'll Make an Impact

    As a Complex Disability Support Worker, you will provide quality services and safeguards to our Participants, focusing on skill and capacity building to promote independence and confidence.

    Responsibilities

    • Supporting Participants with daily living tasks.
    • Building on individual strengths and enabling Participants to reach their goals.
    • 24-hour complex supports and Supported Independent living.
    • Community access and transport.

    About You

    As a passionate and experienced Complex Disability Support Worker, you will have:

    • Previous experience working with high behaviour participants.
    • Cert IV in Disability or a relevant qualification and a minimum of 12 months experience in the sector.
    • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
    • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
    • Valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (desirable).
