    You will be part of a team that defines the path forward, working with Australia's largest public and private organizations to develop game-changing client solutions. The Workforce Solutions Group Pre-Sales Engineer enables Dell's sales teams to identify and accelerate client endpoint solutions associated with Client, Cloud Computing, Desktop Virtualization, and AI.

    We leverage award-winning capabilities, tools, products, and technologies to heighten Dell's credibility in the marketplace, building customer confidence in our ability to design, implement, and maintain End User Computing Solutions.

    About the Role

    As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will partner with a customer-facing pre-sales team, providing guidance on End User Computing Solutions and defining the overall Dell Technologies value to customers using our full range of the Dell client portfolio.

    • Collaborate on business plans with regional sales teams
    • Assist customers with proof of concepts, innovative solutions, and shorten the sales cycle by overcoming common technical objections
    • Share best practices and guidance on Dell Technologies Client Solutions Portfolio
    • Deliver product demonstrations to enable customer success leveraging Dell Client Technologies
    • Support customer engagements via onsite and/or virtual meetings (some travel required)

    Requirements

    We are looking for individuals with:

    • Experience in IT areas such as Systems Administration/Integration, Professional Services/Consulting, or hands-on experience with End-User environments including deploying desktops, building servers, or 4+ years of technical business-related pre-sales experience
    • Ability to prioritize and balance your schedule in a flexible work environment
    • Exceptional written/spoken communication skills with an ability to simplify complex information

    Desirable Requirements

    We also look for candidates with experience in:

    • Citrix, VMware Horizon, Microsoft Server OS 2012/2016, or Windows 10 experience (Technical Certification a plus)
    • Systems Management experience
