Due to an internal promotion a rare opportunity has opened up within the Data Marketing team to lead customer retention, to drive and optimise customer engagement.

Reporting to the Head of Lifecycle, the Senior Marketing Manager will lead a high performing team of 3 and drive retention strategies for Mobile and Broadband products.

In this hands-on role you will develop and execute data-driven strategies to retain our customer base, reducing churn and boosting customer lifetime value to drive revenue.

The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in data analysis, with strengths identifying insights, building actionable retention strategies to drive growth and efficiency.

Craft proactive and reactive retention campaigns.
Monitor churn trends and implement targeted solutions.
Utilise data analysis to understand customer behaviour, identify churn drivers and build segmentation techniques to measure performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Scientists and Key Stakeholders to prioritise retention efforts.
Experiment with new initiatives for scalable commercial outcomes.

Requirements:
Proven successleading high performing teams in data-driven marketing.
Experience intelecommunications or financial services
High proficiency indata analysis, reporting management and visualisation.
Outstanding commercial acumen with a track record of building actionable business plans
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Flexible work arrangement with 1 day CBD office requirement
