    About the role:

    Reporting to the General Manager, Learning and Development, you will lead the design, development, implementation and ongoing management of Alinta Energy's Early Career programs starting with our Graduate and Internship Programs.

    In this role, you'll be:

    • Identifying opportunities for early career program initiatives to support our future skill requirements and build sustainable talent pipelines.
    • Partnering with senior leaders and business partners to identify critical roles for future business requirements.
    • Building development and rotation plans aligned to our competencies to ensure we are setting up our graduates for success in supporting the energy transformation.
    • Support and mentor early career professionals, aligned to their development plans and career goals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and education providers

    Ideally, you'll bring to the role:

    • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organisational Development or related discipline
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
    • Experience in the design and management of graduate and internship programs
    • Exceptional stakeholder management, with the ability to influence across all levels both internally and externally.
    • Experience in Human Resources and/or Learning & Development
