    About the Role:

    • Prioritise and manage workflow efficiently within the team structure.
    • Undertake procedural, clerical, and administrative support tasks.
    • Engage in basic research and analysis activities as required.
    • Interact with both internal and external stakeholders, offering clear and concise advice when necessary.
    • Manage participant matters in accordance with the relevant Act.
    • Provide reception support, handling inquiries both in person and online.
    • Resolve customer queries and direct them to appropriate services.
    • Coordinate appointments and ensure accessibility for participants.
    • Conduct research, prepare reports, and handle data entry tasks.
    • Record feedback and complaints within Business systems.

    • Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
