    About the Role

    As our Customer Proposition & Strategy Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our product development strategy. Dive into market research, build compelling business cases, and recommend enhancements to keep EnergyAustralia's offerings ahead of the curve and irresistibly appealing to our customers. Your key accountabilities will include:

    • Strategy development for new and existing customer propositions based on data-driven customer insights.
    • Leading and driving residential customer propositions and offers for core energy plans.
    • Leading a team who focus on the design, build and management of compelling propositions over their end-to-end lifecycle.
    • Developing the skills and capabilities of the Propositions team in the delivery of high quality price and proposition data, systems, processes and industry expertise.
    • Overseeing and improving processes, tools, controls and documentation to deliver maximum value.

    Are you a proactive and creative lead with a commercial mindset? Do you have a passion for driving high-performing teams to success? We are looking for someone like you to bring your unique skills and enthusiasm to our dynamic team along with the following:

    • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a simialr discipline
    • Minimum 7 years' experience in the development of consumer product strategies in a complex industry (e.g. utilities, telco, banking etc.)
    • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders
    • Experience in developing strong and collaborative relationships
    • Excellent commercial acumen and an ability to present commercial positions and business cases
    • Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills with impeccable attention to detail.
